Warranties
Customer understands that SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY. All products are sold AS IS. In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY. SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES OF SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NEITHER SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, NEITHER SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SIDE X SIDE SUPPLY will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
 

Legal Statement
All reference to manufacturers' names, symbols, and descriptions, Honda ®, Kawasaki ®, Polaris ®, Yamaha ® , Arctic Cat ®, etc., are used for reference purposes and do not imply that any products listed are the products of these manufacturers.

Riding motorcycles and ATVs can be potentially dangerous. Always wear the appropriate safety gear. These products are designed for your safety but are not guaranteed to protect you from all hazards of riding. Use good judgement when riding and do not exceed your own abilities. For safety and training information, see your dealer or call the ATV Safety Institute at 1-800-887-2887. ATVs can be hazardous to operate. For your safety: Always avoid paved surfaces. Never ride on public roads. Always wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing. Never carry passengers. Never engage in stunt riding. Please remember to “tread lightly.” Always ride in a responsible manner, respecting the environment as well as all state and local laws.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are based on UPS charges unless oversized.

Side X Side Supply' standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via USPS or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address (no PO Boxes). Shipping available to USA.

Allow 3-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days. Backorder dates are estimated times of arrival for the product to be received at Side X Side Supply.

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 1pm Pacific Time usually ship the same business day.

Entire order will be shipped together, if possible. However, we do send partial shipments to help get your available-in stock merchandise to you as soon as possible.

Side X Side Supply customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available.
 

Easy Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer.

Wrong Item Received
Side X Side Supply will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Side X Side Supply will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.

Clearance and Closeout Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.
